Terms of Service

By creating a VividMock account or using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VividMock (“we”, “our”, “the Company”). We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using VividMock, you represent that:

• You are 16 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the service under the laws of your jurisdiction

If you are accessing VividMock on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration. VividMock may terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

Each account is for a single individual user. Sharing one account across multiple people is not permitted under individual plans. Enterprise plans may have different terms as stated in the enterprise agreement.

VividMock provides an AI-powered mock interview platform that includes:

• Live AI interview sessions with AI personas (Alex and Alexa)
• Post-session performance reports and improvement plans
• Resume upload and resume-aware questioning
• A coding editor for technical interview simulation
• A dashboard to review past sessions and credits

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

Free tier: New accounts receive 3 interview credits at no cost. No credit card is required.

Paid plans: Additional credits are purchased through our pricing page. All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Refund policy: Credits are non-refundable once consumed (i.e., once an interview session has begun). If you experience a technical failure that prevents completion of a session, contact support within 7 days and we will review and may restore the credit at our discretion.

Expiry: Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. Credits attached to a subscription plan expire at the end of the billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use VividMock to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI system prompts or question bank
• Use automated tools to generate bulk interview sessions
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute VividMock's service without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation or circumvent any security measures

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Our IP: VividMock owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the AI interviewer personas (Alex and Alexa), system prompts, interface designs, brand identity, and question banks. These are protected by copyright and trade secret law.

Your content: You retain ownership of any content you provide (resume text, interview responses). By submitting content, you grant VividMock a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely to deliver the service to you — not for any third-party commercial purpose.

Session reports: Post-session reports are generated for your personal use. You may share them privately but may not publish or commercially exploit them.

No guarantee of results: VividMock is a practice tool. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in a job offer, interview success, or any specific career outcome.

AI limitations: Interview responses are generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgment.

Service availability: We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, VividMock's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Your use of VividMock is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, or if we discontinue the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is required for security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VividMock will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
